Located five minutes walk from Hertford North train station for trains to London and Stevenage, just off the A414 main road to Hatfield and Welwyn, a short walk to Hertford town centre and a cycle/bus ride to Ware. Twenty minutes walk to Hertford East Station for trains to local towns including Ware, Hoddesdon and Cheshunt.

Each bedroom is comfortably furnished and newly decorated including double bed, large mirrored wardrobe, large chest of drawers, shelves, wooden floors, TV aerial point and key lockable door. The house has a furnished living room with TV and wireless broadband, kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, two wash/bathrooms, double glazing, central heating, gardens, patio seating and adjacent parking.

Available to clean, tidy and considerate professionals. References required are current bank account, employer's reference and personal identification. Deposit held in protection scheme, refundable upon vacation. Council tax, water, broadband and TV licence bills are included in the rent, electricity and gas approx £25 per person.
